Bruce McMichael holds a bachelors in Mining Engineering from Leeds University, England and a masters in Food Culture, Communication & Marketing from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, Pollenzo, Italy. He has published two books about food business and exporting and is a member of the UK-based Guild of Food Writers. His interests cover the history of food, migration and food, and the intersect between international strategy and grassroots food production and consumption.
He enjoys cooking at home and won a British TV cooking challenge show, produced by Gordon Ramsay.
